Our Mission

It is our mission to provide the most comprehensive and advanced cardiology care to improve the health of our patients. Our focus is on patient education, patient wellness and health maintenance.

Office Hours

Our office is open to serve you, answer questions or schedule an appointment during the following hours:

Monday – Friday: 8:30 am – 5:00 pm

Office Visits

Our physicians see patients by appointment only. When calling to schedule an appointment, please explain the nature of your heart condition.

Your scheduled appointment time has been reserved specifically for you. We request 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or change your appointment. However, we do realize that unforeseen events sometimes require missing an appointment, and we appreciate your cooperation.

At times, your physician may get behind schedule due to emergencies. We appreciate your patience and understanding when this occurs. This will not interfere with the quality of care we provide.

If you ever need immediate emergency care, please call 911.


Our physicians perform a variety of diagnostic tests to carefully examine the condition of your heart. These tests include:

  • Holter Monitor Testing
  • Electrocardiogram
  • Stress Testing
  • Echocardiogram
  • Venous Insufficiency Testing

Your doctor will be assisted by a clinically-trained technician. Prior to your testing, you will receive detailed instructions about how to prepare for the test(s) and what you can expect during the test(s). Please follow all preparation guidelines.

Pharmacy Requests

We strive to process re-fill requests in a timely manner. Please request your refill at least 7 days before you run out of the medication. When you call the office, follow the prompts. Be sure to provide all necessary information so we can accurately process your request. Once your physician approves the request, we will contact the pharmacy. Our goal is to complete your request within 24 hours. If you have an urgent request, please speak with a team member directly.


We strive to provide affordable, quality medical care! Our office accepts cash, checks and all major credit cards. We also offer a variety of payment options to accommodate your financial needs. Please ask us about financing options, credit card payments and bank drafts. If special arrangements are needed, please talk to our office manager prior to receiving service.

Additionally, we will submit all insurance claims for you. We recommend you contact your insurance company prior to service, so you will be knowledgeable of allowable benefits. You are responsible for any services not covered by insurance. On the day of your visit, please bring your co-pay. If our office does not accept your insurance plan, full payment is required.

We will fully attempt to help you receive your full insurance benefits; however, you are personally responsible for your account, and we encourage you to contact us if your policy has not paid within 30 days.
